Marco Corradi, aka Marco Assaggia, made his debut at a very young age in the multi-starred cuisine of L’Ambasciata, the renowned restaurant in Quistello, in the province of Mantua, his hometown. Subsequently, he decides to undertake numerous trips abroad that will take him to Spain, England, India and Morocco.
In this way he experiments with new recipes, tastes and flavors that will contribute to enrich his cultural background. Upon returning to Italy, Marco creates a contemporary kitchen that combines memory and experimentation, in strict respect for tradition.
